We have conducted a client survey and the results are in. A survey was sent to all clients whom we have an email address for and a further 250 surveys were sent to a random sample of clients
The survey was divided into a number of sections like satisfaction with communication and satisfaction with performance. In the communication section 84% of clients rated staff friendless as excellent, while 79% of clients rated the open door policy as excellent. In the performance section 82% of clients rated the quality of work as excellent.
Of all the clients who completed the survey 100% of them are satisfied with their relationship with MB McGrady & Co and 100% of clients would feel comfortable recommending the services of MB McGrady & Co.
All completed surveys were entered into a prize draw for a £150 Hastings Hotel Voucher, the lucky winner was Mr Francis Taggart from Toombridge. We would like to thank all our clients who filled out and returned the survey; your feedback is very much appreciated.
